SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery Policy

We deliver to NJ/NY Metro Area restaurants, grocery stores and health food stores.

We also deliver to local businesses for you to pick up if you participate in our community-supported agriculture (CSA) program. See more about our CSA program on this page.

Shipping Policy (Tinctures Only)

Due to the nature of our product, we are only able to ship within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. 

Return Policy (Tinctures Only)

We are happy to offer a 30-day return policy from the date of your package's arrival. To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unopened, and in original condition with the safety seal intact. 

 

Please contact us (info@lifecapfarms.com) to begin the return process. We are unable to accept a return if you do not contact us first and receive a Return Authorization Number. 

 

In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged, please contact us (info@lifecapfarms.com) right away so we can help!

Refund Policy (Tinctures Only)

Once we receive the returned product and verify that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund (less shipping fee) to the original payment method. Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
